Female candidates will be preferable with Immediate joining from Delhi / NCR
Job type – Full Time (Work from Office regularly).
Educational Qualification – Minimum Graduate (Non- IT).
Experience Required – 0 to 6months (Female Freshers are welcome)
Salary – 18,000/- stipend for first six months then Rs. 4.00 Lacs CTC P.A
Roles & Responsibilities-
- This role focuses on PRIMARY RESEARCH & Data Collection
- Candidate will be involved in recruitment of target audience for conducting research surveys over the phone/web across the globe
- Perform secondary research and generate leads using various tools, directories, and websites.
- Conduct surveys with senior level industry experts and collect information via different mediums – Phone, email etc
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details.
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Including Night) [Both side Cabs will be provided].
Working days: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)
Competencies Required:
1. Must have excellent oral communication skills.
2. Creative Thinking is an essential success skill for primary research roles.
3. Must be open for calling to conduct interviews.
4. A positive and high patience level.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
6. Must open for rotational shifts.
