Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
Incumbent must have experience in handling Finance Accounting in a Large Company. Candidates having experience in handling Finance & Accounting in any Manufacturing Plant of India will be ideal for the role.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
  • To provide analytical support to the Finance Team and continually improves our financial systems and data.
  • To effectively plans cash flow needs based on assumptions made.
  • To undertake AOP Adherence.
  • To manage optimum utilization of the funds.
  • To improve Compliance and ensure adherence of processes.
  • GST work and Commercialization working knowledge
Customer Oriented
  • To improve financial governance by reducing number of observations by statutory and internal auditors related.
  • To liaison with internal & external authorities.
  • To analyze various MIS reports for providing feedback to top management.
People Oriented
  • To ensure key team members participation in professional up gradation Training on Accounting.
  • To present the monthly profitability figures to retail team including management.
Internal Business Process
  • To ensure that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated time frame and managing accounts payables and receivables within the pre-set parameters.
  • To liaise with the central accounting team on key areas of financial control.
  • To ensure timely payments and other statutory compliances.
